If a vlogger knowingly violates this part or should have known they were in violation of this part, a minor satisfying the criteria described in subdivision (a) of Section 6651 may commence an action to enforce the provisions of this part. The court may award, to a minor who prevails in any action brought in accordance with this part, any of the following damages: (a) Actual damages. (b) Punitive damages. (c) Cost of the action, including attorney’s fees and litigation costs.
