(a) The Judicial Council shall develop any forms that may be necessary to implement the Statewide Child Support Registry. The forms may be in electronic form or in hardcopy, as appropriate. The forms shall be developed so as not to delay implementation, and shall be available no later than 30 days prior to the implementation, of the Statewide Child Support Registry. (b) The information transmitted from the clerks of the court to the Statewide Child Support Registry shall include all of the following: (1) Any information required under federal law. (2) Any other information the department and the Judicial Council find appropriate.
