(a) It is a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in the county jail for not less than 90 days, without alternative of a fine in any case, for any person who is not an approved veterinarian to buy, possess, or use tuberculosis tests. (b) It is a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in a county jail for not less than 90 days, without alternative of a fine in any case, for any person who is not a duly authorized representative of the department or of the United States Department of Agriculture to possess or use tuberculosis tests.
