âOlive, stone, and pome fruit acreageâ means any parcel, tract, or lot of land with 10 or more olive, stone, or pome fruit trees of any age growing on it with a commercial value of at least two hundred fifty dollars ($250), except a parcel, tract, or lot that is used as a nursery.
