âMarketing yearâ or âfiscal yearâ means the period from August 1 of any year to July 31, inclusive, of the next year. Beginning September 1, 2008, âmarketing yearâ or âfiscal yearâ means the period from September 1 of any year to August 31, inclusive, of the next year.
