The failure of any manufacturing milk handler that purchases manufacturing milk from producers to execute and deliver the bond as provided and required in this article shall constitute grounds for suspension, revocation, or refusal of the manufacturing milk handlerâs license. The failure of any handler to post any additional bond as may be required to comply with this article shall also be grounds for suspension, revocation, or refusal of the license pursuant to these procedures.
