âAgricultural chemicalâ means fertilizers, fertilizer material, lime, chemical compounds, pesticides, pesticide chemicals, plant regulators, plant amendments, plant food, soil amendments, herbicides, fungicides, and agricultural chemicals that are applied to crops or to land that is used for the raising of crops.
