The producerâs lien is a preferred lien prior in dignity to all other liens, claims, or encumbrances except the following: (a) Labor claims for wages and salaries for personal services which are rendered by any person to any processor in connection with such processing business after the delivery of any such product for processing. (b) The lien of a warehouseman as provided by Division 7 (commencing with Section 7101) of the Uniform Commercial Code.
