The following varieties of ripe olives shall not be packed, shipped, delivered for shipment, or sold within this state, as whole or pitted or broken pitted canned ripe olives, if they are below the following specified sizes: (a) Mission and Manzanillo varieties of small size, and any mutations, sports, or other derivations of these varieties. (b) Obliza variety of medium size, and any mutations, sports, or other derivations of this variety. (c) Ascolano, St. Agostino, and Barouni varieties of extra large size, and any mutations, sports, or other derivations of these varieties. (d) Sevillano variety having a count range of 75 per pound.
