UHT flavored nonfat, skim, or fat-free milk is market milk from which has been removed all or part of the milk fat and to which has been added any harmless syrup or flavoring, harmless sweetening, and harmless edible stabilizer. It is homogenized and processed and packaged pursuant to Section 39701. The product may be called âUHT flavored nonfat milk,â âUHT flavored skim milk,â or âUHT flavored fat-free milkâ and the principal flavor may be substituted for the word âflavoredâ in the name of the product.
