An application for a tester's, samplerâs and weigher's, technician's, pasteurizer's, or nonfat milk solids testerâs license shall be made to the director. The director shall examine each applicant for the license that is applied for as to the applicantâs qualifications and knowledge of the law applicable to him. Each application shall be accompanied by the fee which is prescribed for the license by Section 35231.
