It is unlawful for any person to sell any milk or product of milk as and for pasteurized milk or a product of pasteurized milk, or to use the word âpasteurizedâ or any of its derivatives in connection with the sale, designation, advertising, labeling, or billing of any milk or product of milk, unless the milk and all products of milk which are contained in the milk or the product of milk, or used in its manufacture, consist exclusively of milk, skim milk, or cream which has been pasteurized.
