âMarket milkâ means milk which conforms to the standards which are provided in Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 35751), Part 2, of this division. Market milk includes components and derivatives of market milk. Market milk may be supplied to the consumer in the fluid state or may also be utilized in the manufacture of milk products.
