(a) It is unlawful for any person to move any honey, or any container of honey, to which any warning tag or notice has been affixed, except under written permit from an enforcing officer or under his or her specific direction. (b) A violation of this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than three thousand dollars ($3,000) or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than six months, or by both the fine and imprisonment.
