âCustom livestock slaughterhouseâ means a licensed establishment where: (a) Cattle, sheep, swine, or goats are slaughtered and prepared for the owners of the livestock. (b) Fallow deer are slaughtered and prepared for transportation or sale, or transportation and sale.
