In each county, the name of each candidate for member of a county council shall appear on the ballot only if she or he is registered as preferring the Green Party and has filed a nomination paper pursuant to Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 6850) of Part 1 of Division 6, signed on the candidateâs behalf by Green Party voters of the county council election district in which she or he is a candidate.
