The number of delegate candidates to be selected from each territory by each group shall be, to the nearest whole number, proportional to that portion of the stateâs registered Peace and Freedom Party voters residing in each territory as reflected in statements of voters and political affiliation transmitted to the Secretary of State on the 135th day before the presidential primary election.
