As used in this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings: (a) âBoardâ means the Board of Supervisors of the County of Kern. (b) âCommissionâ means the Citizens Redistricting Commission in the County of Kern established pursuant to Section 21572. (c) âImmediate family memberâ means a spouse, child, in-law, parent, or sibling.
