If the test agency will be delayed in reporting a test subjectâs score for a time period amounting to 10 calendar days beyond the period specified in paragraph (2) of subdivision (f) of Section 99156, the test agency shall notify the test subject immediately. The notice shall indicate the reasons for delay, including, but not limited to, incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent personal identifying information furnished by a test subject.
