(a) This chapter does not limit or preclude the enforcement of rights or remedies under any other applicable statute or law. (b) This chapter does not limit or preclude the Attorney General, a district attorney, or a city attorney from taking any action otherwise authorized under any other applicable statute or law. (c) If the bureau has reason to believe that an institution has engaged in a pattern or practice of violating the provisions of this chapter or any other applicable law that involves multiple students or other claimants, the bureau shall contract with the Attorney General for investigative and prosecutorial services, as necessary.
