(a) The bureau shall establish a toll-free telephone number staffed by a bureau employee by which a student or a member of the public may file a complaint under this chapter. (b) The bureau shall make a complaint form available on its internet website. The bureau shall permit students and members of the public to file a complaint under this chapter through the bureauâs internet website.
