The bureau shall provide an institution with the opportunity to remedy noncompliance, impose fines, place the institution on probation, or suspend or revoke the institutionâs approval to operate, in accordance with this article, as it deems appropriate based on the severity of an institutionâs violations of this chapter, and the harm that results or may result to students.
