On or before March 15 of each year, until 2013, the University of California is requested to report to the Legislature on the facility for University of California-Mexico research and academic programs in Mexico City. The report shall include all of the following: (a) The amount of state and nonstate funds spent to support the University of California-Mexico facility and the specific use of these funds. (b) The amount of state and nonstate funds spent to support University of California-Mexico research and academic programs. (c) A description of the different types of research conducted and the programs operated at the facility.
