The university or any other interested party may bring an action for an injunction or specific performance in order to secure compliance with the requirements of this article. The university shall also have the right to terminate the service contract, upon 30 daysâ written notice to the service contractor, to cure its breach, where the service contractor has failed to comply with the requirements of this article.
