All student housing and any other related facilities operated by the College Auxiliary Enterprise Fund are hereby designated a âprojectâ under the State University Revenue Bond Act of 1947 and subject to the provisions of that act. All assets, liabilities, and fund balances of the College Auxiliary Enterprise Fund are hereby transferred from that fund to a separate account to be established by the trustees within the California State University Dormitory Revenue Fund.
