As used in this part, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply: (a) âApplicantâ means a community college district that submits an eligible application pursuant to this part. (b) âChancellorâ means the Chancellor of the California Community Colleges. (c) âChancellorâs officeâ means the office of the Chancellor of the California Community Colleges. (d) âGrantâ means a grant awarded pursuant to this part. (e) âProgramâ means the Rebuilding Nursing Infrastructure Grant Program established pursuant to this part. (f) âRecipientâ means a community college district that receives a grant pursuant to this part.
