As used in this article, the following definitions apply: (a) âFaculty diversityâ means the representation of faculty members from different racial, ethnic, gender, and disability groups, and other underrepresented groups. (b) âFull-time facultyâ means a faculty member who is employed by a community college on a full-time basis and teaches more than a 67-percent load. (c) âFTESâ means full-time equivalent students.
