Consistent with Sections 21 and Section 22 of Article XVI of the California Constitution, for the 2025â26 fiscal year, forty-nine million seven hundred thirty-four thousand dollars ($49,734,000) is hereby appropriated from the Public School System Stabilization Account and shall be transferred by the Controller to Section B of the State School Fund to the office of the Chancellor of the California Community Colleges for allocation for the Student Centered Funding Formula pursuant to Section 84750.4.
