(a) As used in this article, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply: (b) âProgramâ means the Learning-Aligned Employment Program created pursuant to this article. (c) âPublic postsecondary educational institutionâ or âinstitutionâ means a campus of the University of California, the California State University, or the California Community Colleges.
