As used in the article, the following definitions apply: (a) âCADAAâ means the California Dream Act Application. (b) âCal-SOAPâ means the California Student Opportunity and Access Program. (c) âFAFSAâ means the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. (d) âLocal educational agencyâ means a school district, county office of education, or charter school. (e) âPublic postsecondary educational institutionâ means a campus of the University of California, the California State University, or the California Community Colleges.
