The Student Aid Commission shall, with the assistance of the Attorney Generalâs office, seek refunds on any awards to students made under this part that resulted from the student or his or her parents, or both, reporting information concerning their status incorrectly, with the incorrect information leading to the establishment of the studentâs financial eligibility to receive an award.
