(a) The commission shall utilize the standardized student financial aid application described in Section 69432.9. (b) An official financial aid application shall be submitted pursuant to Section 69432.9, submitted or postmarked no later than March 2, or September 2 for students enrolled at a community college. (c) A student shall be enrolled at least part-time.
