Whenever, in any law, the term âTrustees of the State College System of Californiaâ or âTrustees of the California State University,â or the term âchief executive officer of the state college systemâ is used, such terms shall be deemed to mean the Trustees of the California State University and the Chancellor of the California State University, respectively.
