(a) This article shall be known, and may be cited, as the Chancellorâs Higher Education Innovation Awards Program. (b) The Chancellorâs Higher Education Innovation Awards Program is hereby established to award funds appropriated for purposes of this article. (c) The Board of Governors of the California Community Colleges shall make awards from the funds appropriated for purposes of this article, and the Chancellorâs Office of the California Community Colleges shall develop administrative guidelines and other requirements for administration of the program.
