The Superintendent shall supervise the implementation of this article and shall investigate acts of alleged noncompliance. If the Superintendent finds that a school district or county superintendent of schools has failed to comply with this article, the Superintendent shall certify the noncompliance. The Superintendent shall conduct an investigation as may be necessary to document the noncompliance. The Superintendent, in the Superintendentâs discretion, shall seek injunctive relief to secure compliance with this article.
