A school district or other public or private nonprofit school or agency receiving reimbursement pursuant to this article shall meet standards adopted by the Superintendent for all of the following: (a) The definition of a ânutritionally adequate breakfast.â (b) The definition of a ânutritionally adequate lunch.â (c) Standards for determining the eligibility of children to receive free or reduced-price meals. (d) Standards for the protection of the identity of children for whom reimbursement is made pursuant to this article.
