Every public school may post a summary of nutrition and physical activity laws and regulations, and shall inform the public about the content of the schoolâs local school wellness policy, established pursuant to the federal Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010 (Public Law 111-296). The department shall develop the summary of state law and regulations.
