A teacher shall have the right to refuse to submit to any evaluation or survey conducted by the school district concerning the following: (a) Personal values, attitudes, and beliefs. (b) Sexual orientation. (c) Political affiliations or opinions. (d) Critical appraisals of other individuals with whom the teacher has a family relationship. (e) Religious affiliations or beliefs.
