Any minor who has been placed in the care and control of the 24-hour school without the consent of the parent or guardian, shall remain therein, if placed by order of the court, for the duration of the period provided by the order, or until recommendation is made by the admissions and discharge committee to the court requesting that consideration be given the minorâs release.
