A charter school shall be deemed to be a school district for purposes of determining the manner in which warrants are drawn on the State School Fund pursuant to Section 14041. For purposes of Section 14041, a charter schoolâs âtotal amount certifiedâ means the state aid portion of the charter schoolâs total local control funding formula allocation pursuant to Section 42238.02, as implemented by Section 42238.03.
