(a) Pursuant to Sections 21 and 22 of Article XVI of the California Constitution, for the 2025â26 fiscal year, four hundred five million two hundred ninety-one thousand dollars ($405,291,000) is hereby appropriated from the Public School System Stabilization Account to the Superintendent for allocation for the local control funding formula pursuant to Sections 42238.02 and 42238.03. (b) The Controller shall transfer the amounts appropriated pursuant to subdivision (a) to Section A of the State School Fund for those purposes.
