Commencing with the 2006â07 fiscal year, the amount of funding a school district receives pursuant to this article shall be adjusted for inflation by the amount calculated pursuant to Section 42238.1 and for growth as measured by the regular average daily attendance used to calculate the second principal apportionment for kindergarten and grades 1 to 12, inclusive, unless otherwise provided in the annual Budget Act.
