For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions apply: (a) âEL Roadmap Policyâ means the California English Learner Roadmap State Board of Education Policy: Educational Programs and Services for English Learners adopted by the state board on July 12, 2017. (b) âLocal educational agencyâ means a school district, county office of education, or charter school.
