Sections 35735 to 35736, inclusive, shall only apply to actions to reorganize school districts for which the order to reorganize, pursuant to Section 35765, is appropriately filed after December 1, 2013, pursuant to Section 54902 of the Government Code. Actions to reorganize school districts for which the order to reorganize is appropriately filed on or before December 1, 2013, shall be implemented pursuant to Sections 35735 to 35736, inclusive, as those sections read on January 1, 2013.
