The Director of Education may enter into agreements with agencies of the federal government, county superintendents of schools, county boards of education, any school district, and state college foundations or other auxiliary organizations, including those established pursuant to Section 90000 for the performance of any services for those agencies by any school under the jurisdiction of the State Department of Education. All money received under any agreement, except recovery of contributions to the Public Employeesâ Retirement Fund, is hereby appropriated for the support of the school in addition to other funds as may be appropriated therefor by the Legislature.
