(a) For the purpose of remitting contributions, assessments, or any other payment required by the system, the county superintendent of schools that reports directly to the system may, on an annual basis or as otherwise directed by the system, draw requisitions against the county school service fund and the funds of the countyâs respective employing agencies in amounts equal to the total required to be paid by the employing agency. (b) Additionally, the county superintendent of schools may draw requisitions against the county school service fund and the funds of the countyâs respective employing agencies, as applicable, in amounts necessary for recovering payments made pursuant to Section 24616.2.
