âOther public systemsâ means any of the following: (a) Old age, survivors, disability, and health insurance program, other than the lump-sum death payment, provided by the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C.A. Sec. 300 and following). (b) The federal civil service retirement program. (c) Federal military disability. (d) Railroad retirement. (e) A workersâ compensation program. (f) Federal railroad retirement. (g) Any other public retirement system, including, but not limited to, any disability programs financed from public funds.
