As used in this chapter the words âunion high school districtâ mean union high school district or unified school district and the words âunion high schoolâ mean union high school or unified school district. Whenever the provisions of this chapter are being exercised by, or are being made applicable in, a unified school district, the words âunion high school districtâ and âunion high schoolâ shall be deemed to mean unified school district.
