Notwithstanding any other provision contained in this article, and as an alternative method of accomplishing the purposes of this article, ownerâs development liens may be imposed in unequal amounts on each acre or portion thereof in order that the liens may be based upon equal or equitable amounts for each individual dwelling unit after subdivision into lots or condominium units.
