For the purpose of this article the following terms have the following meanings: (a) âActâ means the Archie-Hudson and Cunneen School Technology Revenue Bond Act. (b) âAuthorityâ means the California School Financing Authority established pursuant to Section 17172. (c) âBondâ means bonds, notes, bond anticipation notes, commercial paper, and any other evidences of indebtedness. (d) âFundâ means the School Technology Pooled Revenue Bond Fund established pursuant to subdivision (c) of Section 17162. (e) âSchool districtâ means school district or county office of education.
